The Stanwell Park Arts Theatre, commonly referred to as SPAT, is an amateur community theatre company based in Stanwell Park, New South Wales Australia. SPAT was founded in 1974 with the aim to provide a creative outlet for people living in Stanwell Park and the surrounding area.

SPAT meets on the second Thursday of every month. If you interested in theatre, drama, film and/or stagecraft or simply enjoy a night out with good company, please come along. For details ring Wayne Turner on 4294 2661.

A history of SPAT productions is available here

The composition of SPAT is based largely on the interests of SPAT members hence the SPAT of today is comprised of many special interest divisions. Aside from producing standard theatrical performances, members of SPAT have initiated active sub-groups that include the SPAT Singers, a SPAT Film Society, and Children’s Holiday Workshops. SPAT runs occasional Events and Competitions that promote the arts and are open to non-SPAT members.
