The composition of SPAT is based largely on the interests of SPAT members hence the SPAT of today is comprised of many special interest divisions. Aside from producing standard theatrical performances, members of SPAT have initiated active sub-groups that include the SPAT Singers, a SPAT Film Society, and Children's Holiday Workshops. SPAT runs occasional Events and Competitions that promote the arts and are open to non-SPAT members.
