The Importance of Being Earnest

Our next show is going to be Oscar Wilde’s the Importance of Being Earnest on October 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st.

This show is planned to be an outdoor performance.

Earnest is a “Trivial Comedy for Serious People.”  It is Oscar Wilde’s masterpiece, a comedy about love. It was first performed on Valentine’s Day in 1895.  It manages to combine great comedy, and it is a satire on marriage that is even more relevant today than it was when it was written.

We are holding an open audition on July 30th at the CWA Hall, The Drive Stanwell Park commencing at 2pm.
